Each pair is carefully handmade in our Tomar workshop in Slovakia, especially for you.
⏱️ Production time: 6 to 30 working days depending on the model and season.
Tomar Creation always does its best to produce and ship your order as quickly as possible.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped from Slovakia worldwide.
🚚 Estimated delivery times:
- Europe (GLS): 2 to 5 working days
- Europe (postal service): 5 to 10 working days
- International: 7 to 20 working days
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
⚠️ Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier.
From the moment the parcel is handed over to the carrier, Tomar Creation cannot be held responsible for delays caused by transportation.

In case of an incorrect address or uncollected parcel, reshipping costs may be charged.
↩️ Returns & Exchanges
🛑 Custom-made products:
Products made according to customer specifications (size, color, options…) cannot be returned or refunded, except in case of a defect.
🔁 Standard products:
Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
💳 Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned product.

🌍 Orders outside the European Union
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees depending on the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
↩️ Returns from outside the EU:
- Initial shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are fully borne by the customer
- Any customs duties or import fees required for receiving the returned parcel will be deducted from the refund
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for returns from abroad.
