Shipping and delivery time

As a general rule, the customer receives his parcel 5 to 10 days after payment for the order.

The items are made and shipped from our Tomar sewing workshop.

Shipments are made from Monday to Saturday by registered letter or by GLS.

Packages are delivered to the delivery address indicated when ordering. Deliveries are worldwide.

The tracking of the shipment on the French Post website is only accessible from the moment the package enters French territory, that is to say 2 to 4 days after shipment.

Tomar Création makes every effort to meet the deadlines mentioned on its site but cannot be held responsible for the vagaries of the means of transport.

Satisfied or refunded

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products made to order according to the particular specifications of the customer such as unique personalized creations.

For other products, you have 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods to exercise the right of withdrawal from your order.

Before returning the item to us, please contact us by email at info@tomarcreation.com.

Return costs are your responsibility. In the event of an exchange, we will return your new pair to you at our expense.

The exchange or refund is made within 15 working days of receipt by Tomar Création of the return of the goods.
