Size Guide for our Minimalist Shoes and Sandals:

Sandals:

For sandals, please refer to the total length of the sole. A difference of 1 cm with your foot length is ideal. The "stitch to stitch" measurement indicates the ideal space available for your foot on the sole. Sandals do not require extra margin, which is why the measurement you find generally corresponds to one size smaller than your usual size.

Closed Shoes or Slippers:

For closed shoes or slippers, the "inside length" represents the space available inside the shoe for your foot. Do not add more than 0.5 cm of margin to this measurement. The indicated size should generally correspond to your usual size.

Babouches and Boots:

Regarding babouches and boots, we advise you to choose one size larger than your usual size, as we like to be comfortable in our babouches and boots with a good pair of wool socks. The indicated inner length corresponds to the actual space inside the shoe.

Examples:

• Charline: Foot length 23.5 cm x width 10 cm: Sandals size 36, ballerinas size 37, slippers size 37, babouches and boots size 38. The Epur Shoes in size 39 are too large with a 1 cm margin, but I wear them with an insulating insole (the larger size 39 corresponds to a 38.5)
• Eduard: Foot length 27 cm: Double buckle sandals size 42, slippers and minimalist shoes size 42, babouches size 43, Epur Shoe 42

This page is especially for individuals who regularly experience difficulties finding footwear due to wide or fleshy feet, thick ankles, or conversely, very narrow feet.

For simple adjustments such as sewing a longer strap or decreasing the height of the upper, this service is offered free of charge.

However, for more complex modifications like custom designing the shape of the sole, enlarging the upper or heel, or adding a heel to the sole, additional charges will apply. The cost for these adjustments will be €20, and we will then instruct you on which product to add to your cart during checkout.

The final price for more significant modifications will be determined based on the complexity of the necessary adjustments.

Our family workshop, located in the heart of Europe in Slovakia, is made up of a team of five passionate individuals: three seamstresses (including Charline) and two preparers (including Eduard). Together, we handcraft each pair of shoes with care, from cutting and preparing the materials to sewing and final finishing. This family collaboration and our dedicated team guarantee particular attention is paid to each step, for unique shoes.

Delivery of your order typically takes 4 business days after shipment. Please note that the production time for your shoes must be added to this delivery time. In-stock items are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. For made-to-order items, the lead time can vary from 10 to 15 business days depending on the time of year and the time I dedicate to sewing. While we make every effort to meet deadlines, slight delays may occasionally occur. Rest assured that we always do our best to deliver your shoes as quickly as possible.
